TO RENEW OR JOIN NC SOPHE:
Both steps must be completed in order to be considered an official NC SOPHE member
Step 1: Fill out the membership form found below This form MUST be filled out every time dues are renewed.
Step 2: Pay membership dues via the PayPal button below or by sending a check to:
