The Wellness Program Coordinator will provide expert leadership and direction for ViQuest wellness programs and services. This role may focus on one or more service lines including: Rewards (UHS Hospitals), Works (business/industry accounts), Center (members/community) and Clinics in various worksite and community settings. In addition to the development, implementation and oversight of population health and corporate health/wellness programs, the position also provides account management oversight of wellness programs and contracts such as start-up, staff scheduling, problem solving, business relationships etc. You will work closely with leadership of the worksites they serve, typically including Upper Management/Executives, Human Resources, Occupational Health, Benefit Brokers/Consultants, etc. ViQuest offers the all the benefits of Greenville, NC, a progressive community only a short drive from Carolina’s magnificent seashore, where the low cost of living is matched by the high quality of life. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Health Education, Public Health or a related allied health field and a minimum of three years of experience in a community or worksite health promotion setting - program development and coordination and supervisory experience required. One year of additional experience in coordinating worksite wellness programs can be substituted for Master’s level education.
