The candidate will assist with health education services of the Iredell County Health Department in the clinical and community settings including but not limited to civic, faith or community groups; or groups associated with agencies such as educational, non-profit, city or county organizations. Focus areas include prenatal health, breast and cervical cancer prevention, worksite wellness and child fatality. Must be able to work before- or after-hours and weekends as needed.
Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in health education; or graduation from a four-year college or university and one year of experience in public health education; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
