Experience with Community Health Assessment preferred. Grant funded for 11-1-07 to 5-31-08 with renewal based on funding availability. Flexible workweek- 20 hrs/wk contracted @$16/hr. (no benefits). 1099 provided end of yr. Work at home and in Lincolnton area.
