will coordinate and perform HIV education, prevention counseling, staff training, and program evaluation at clinics. Will also perform and oversee outreach activities in the surrounding counties to promote family planning and HIV services; assist in the preparation of grant applications and program reports; and provide HIV education, counseling and testing as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Science, Social Work or Health Related Field preferred. Must have 3-6 years experience in providing HIV and/or STD education, 1 year providing HIV counseling and testing, 1 year verified supervisory experience required. Requires a working knowledge of processes and outcomes for patient care delivery. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and have a working knowledge of process improvement concepts. Must possess strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Must be competent with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
