NC SOPHE encourages you to share research findings, program impact, policy changes, innovative approaches, and expertise with the health education, public health, and health promotion professional community during its 2021 Annual Conference. The presentations this year will be held in two formats. 1) An ignite-style 3-minute poster session that is an oral presentation with one, static PowerPoint slide. 2) A 10-15 minute oral presentation with PowerPoint slides.

We encourage abstracts that are interactive, focus on evidence-based practices, use innovative methods, engage community, and can be applicable in a variety of health education and health promotion, healthcare, research and policy settings. Potential program focus areas could include, but are not at all limited to: Health Equity; Social Justice; Population Health; Chronic Disease Prevention and/or Management; Preparedness; LGBTQ+ Health; Child/Adolescent Health; and many others.
